Exchange / return conditions:
- Customer has paid but did not receive the product;
- Products that are defective or damaged during shipping;
- Delivering the wrong product to customers (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
- The product received by the customer differs significantly from the information provided by Lisatech in the product description;
Does not change the purchase intention: Unless otherwise stated in this Exchange/Return and Refund Policy, returns due to a change of mind by the customer will not be accepted.
Condition of returned goods: To limit issues arising from returns, customers should note that the returned product must include all accompanying accessories, the VAT invoice, warranty stickers, etc. if applicable, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. Lisatech encourages customers to take photos of the product immediately upon receipt as evidence for comparison/claims later if needed.
